The navigation bar is put in automatically. If you click edit navigation under the navigation bar, then click where it says "include page list" and delete it, then you have to make your own list of pages. You would type the names of the pages in a row going down in the order in which you want them to appear in the a nvigation bar. After you type the names of the pages you would highlight each name, click line on the editing toolbar, then link to each page.
